paulo57509 Posted December 21, 2002 Report Share Posted December 21, 2002 I just replaced the pump, pressure and return lines (what an ordeal). Now I can't get the pressure hose to stop leaking at the pump. The o-ring gets cut every time I try to tighten the fitting. I'm not over tightening the fitting. I even tried another pump with no success. Yes, I oiled the o-rings before installation. Any help, tips would be appreciated. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
