3100 alt bracket needed ASAP

Hey everyone I have a 99 Monte Carlo it's 3100.... I have t had the engine pull bracket behind the alternator bracket and its caused my bracket to break... There is only 1 on ebay that fits and for some reason noone I know personally can purchase it keep getting told he is t accepting offers or bids from us here is what it looks like !
