Jon89le Posted November 2, 2002 Report Share Posted November 2, 2002 I was looking at it yesterday and i tryed to turn the pulley by hand and it wouldnt move. gpse3200 Posted November 2, 2002 Report Share Posted November 2, 2002 The pulley should turn freely but the out plate should turn hard but slick. if it hasn't turned in a while it might be stiff.
