I used these instructions to clean my 2.8 throttle body: http://www.v6z24.com/mods/howto/?page=throttlebody I used throttle body cleaner instead of carb cleaner, just in case the TB has any materials that would be damaged by carb cleaner. Also, the instructions didn't say anything about lubricating the IAC valve after cleaning. Is there supposed to be any lubricant used? Should the TB gasket be replaced whenever removed?
