I immagine it dries as little points that dig in to packed snow and ice... Only lasts 50miles, on all ice/snow per time you spray the tires with it though... Kinda like the Tornado Fuel Saver thing that'll supposedly increase fuel economy by 7-28%, but really does shit. But then again, you never know.
