Intlcutlass Posted December 4, 2002 Report Share Posted December 4, 2002 I've done it on my cutlass from inside the car.On cutlass supremes, I think thats the only way you can do it. What you need to do is take out your center console (if you have one), then take off like one or two panels under the center of the dash , and you will be looking at the core. It's really tight up there and hard to work in but it's doable. The lines that went through the firewall may need to be replaced depending on wether or not your replacment core has the same fittings, and you will not know that until you have the old one out of the car. The tubes get attached to the core with snaprings (I hate them). The whole thing took me about 3 hours. Good luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
