Hi everyone. Question on a matco 4000e scanner

So I bought an old Matco 4000e scanner. Came with a pathfinder 2 cartridge and just a ford cable. I want to locate or make a harness for that to fit a GM obd1. The unit has a db25 male connection on it. But it also needs to be powered up too… any ideas would be a great help. Thanks.
