2006 Lacrosse will not crank

Hello, After changing intake gaskets, I reconnected battery and my Larosse will not crank.  The DIC is blank and the only light on the dash when turning key on is the engine light.  I checked the fuses to ECM/PCM  and they are ok.  Checked the ground to engine and it is ok.  I believe I have either a power/ground failure to PCM but can't find a wire diagram for this 06.  I checked each pin for voltage with key on but no voltage to any pin. Battery voltage is 11.6.  Any ideas?

1.  Charge battery.  11.6 = dead battery.  Full charge should be 12.6--12.7 AFTER the surface charge has dissipated.  May be 13+ volts with the surface charge.

2.  Verify all fuses and fusible links.

3.  Get a Genuine GM service manual set for your vehicle.
