Start of twin turbo set-up for 2002 grand prix

Wanting to know what i need for the start the build of my stock 3800. Like what I need to change in the motor to handle twin turbos? I know i need a different camshaft and fuel injectors but wanting to know more.

First thing most folks need is a higher limit on their credit card.

There's no point to twin turbos unless you're building REAL power.  That means custom pistons, heavy-duty connecting rods.  Aftermarket "balance" job.  Maybe aftermarket main caps + align-bore.  Maybe an aftermarket crankshaft.  Maybe you get lucky.

Cylinder head porting with expensive valves/springs/retainers/keepers/rocker arms/pushrods to handle the cylinder pressure and exhaust heat.

SFI flexplate/flywheel and damper.

Custom exhaust from the heads to the turbos, and from the turbos to the rear bumper.

Lots of heat shielding.

Many rounds of computer tuning/data recording/more computer tuning/more data recording.

Transmission, and perhaps braking upgrades.
