sttubs Posted July 12, 2016 Report Share Posted July 12, 2016 I just recently picked up an '03 Impala & when it rains we get quite a bit of water into the front passenger foot well. rich_e777 Posted July 13, 2016 Report Share Posted July 13, 2016 have in my `99 GTP and have traced a likely culprit to bad duct work under the wiper motor cover the wiper arms sit on top of, something about debris getting caught up or the way the plastic pieces ar aligned is about what I can find out. Go to a home improvment store like Lowes, Aces hardware. etc to the cleaning isle and find the chemical dehumidifires, they work awesome pulling out that excess moisture from cars. for about $15.
