Padgett Posted February 25, 2016 Report Share Posted February 25, 2016 (edited) My new to me Lq1/284 shifter just seems sloppy to me, shifts well but a lot of movement, have to reach for third and fifth, about a foot travel between 1st and 2nd, can move about an inch square in neutral without any resistnace.. Padgett Posted February 26, 2016 Author Report Share Posted February 26, 2016 (edited) OK just ordered the Booger Bushings, GM 2-piece set $12.00 Item number: BB005 BTW have had a gaggle of Fieros and a Vixen (21 ft rear engine RV with a Fiero shifter made in Pontiac) and none felt this sloppy.
