Having problems finding ABS Powermaster parts for my baby. In particular, a relay the Helm Manual calls an ABS Master Relay. Unfortunately no part number is given. The parts books at the local Pontiac dealers in the area do not include the Powermaster braking system. Looking at the switch, it is made by Denso but the part numbers are not legible. I am an office geek type, so if you guys could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate the help.

The relay (located below the powermaster unit) had been sticking after the car was turned off. I had to tap on the relay to make it stop clicking.

On the way to work this morning, my brakes went out. Plenty of fluid in the resevoir, no leaks. Any ideas?

Where to start....What is the BRAKE and ANTI-LOCK lamps doing on your dashboard now?

as for the relay, try calling SIA Electronics - (800) 737-0915 ask for Kevin, they support these units still. How new is your accumulator?

The dash BRAKE light goes out when the parking brake is released and stays out. "Check ABS" on the console display has been lit since 2002 when I purchased my baby. The accumulator is at least 10 years old and may be original equipment.

Did you try calling SIA electronics?

I *may* have a spare one sitting around but I have absolutely no way of guaranteeing if it is any good or not.

No, I have not called SIA yet. I do not have a part number for the relay. The exterior of the relay is worn. The relay appears to have been manufactured by Denso and the part number appears to be 055700-8420. I did not want to bother Kevin without a semi-warm and fuzzy that I had a correct part number.
