If you live outside the U.S. and want to place an order and have it shipped within the U.S. you will have to use a U.S. credit card or choose our payment methods of money order or cashiers check. Our system will not accept non-U.S. issued credit cards (cards issued outside the U.S. or that have a non-U.S. billing address) Taken from the FAQ on their site And just for those who don't know...gmpartsdirect isn't actually run BY GM.
