Haha... I bought my 89 GP for $300... Almost needed a clutch though (damn thing was sticking from sitting for 6 years straight)

 

New parts... Bought 4 months ago when i got the car

 

-Battery - $40

-Fuel Pump and Strainer - $ZERO$

-Rear Calipers and Pads - $ZERO$

-Plugs and Wires - $ZERO$

-ES Urethane Dogbone Bushings - $40

-Lumina Z34 Seats Front and Rear - $15

-Pioneer DEH-P6600 - $30

-Nice Sounding Exhuast - 20 Minutes with sawzall and no more muffler

I'll try to get something soon, but I was very shocked on how well it sounded... Hell, it even isn't overly loud either, but has a nice noticable tone... I was just hoping it didn't have a mind hurting resonance that GM 2.8/3.1's are known for...

 

Oh BTW, The cat is still in place, so that helps act as a resonator...

With all the trial and error in my suspension and the wheels, paint, interior, etc, etc, plus the purchase price of the car 3 years ago ($5500) I am reaching the 20k mark.

My wife's 95 I have under $800 and will have pretty much the whole car built for under 10k. I have learned alot in 3 years.
