89-W-Body-Regal Posted November 20, 2022 Report Posted November 20, 2022 (edited) Hi, I am looking for this vacuum harness or the throttle body connector from any 2.8 or 3.1. But W-Body’s will help. If you can let me know if you got any I would appreciate it. I am in the process of rebuilding my harness because the plastic line is cracking badly. The connector at the throttle body is toast. I cannot locate one. Here is a photo of one intact. Edited November 20, 2022 by 89-W-Body-Regal Quote
kcac Posted November 20, 2022 Report Posted November 20, 2022 What years will work for you? I have some parts from a 1990 Chevrolet Beretta that had the 3.1L engine. Quote

Yeah I need the Tbi connector really bad or it's gonna start leaking. The hard lines I am not using anymore. I am going to use rubber hose line. Someone on facebook in the fwd group we are in said auto parts stores used to sell them. But they are so hard to find. I wish dorman would make them. They make the elbows. I got two packs. babyteef Posted May 26, 2025 Report Posted May 26, 2025 i have the rubber connector for the vaccum harness from my 89 2.8 v6 corsica, i’m looking for new hard lines for the vacuum harness now, one of mine has a hole, i can buy the lines if you still have them since you’re going with softer ones, maybe we can trade parts Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted May 27, 2025 Report Posted May 27, 2025 Dorman does sell universal hard vacuum tubing. You can probably bend it to shape with a heat gun. Years ago, I just put heatshrink tubing over the cracks. Looked like an obvious fudge-fix, but worked fine. Quote

89-W-Body-Regal Posted June 10, 2025 Author Report Posted June 10, 2025 (edited) I have the rubber right now but a critter got into my engine bay and chewed some of it off. So I am going back with the plastic tubing. I am going to use the nylon vacuum tubing. It’s flexible and it’s by Parker. Just trying to locate them. I am not sure is our lines 1/8 and the thicker line in the middle 1/4? Edited June 10, 2025 by 89-W-Body-Regal Quote
4doors4flying Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago would any one know how to get a 3 port vacuum harness? ive got a 93 Buick regal with a 3.1 multiport Fi and i need a 3 port. i cant find any parts diagrams anywhere with a 3 port, and no junkyard within 30 miles of me even has an old 3100 engine that i can look at. ive found plenty of 3700 and 3800 of different makes and models, but none even have a 4 port harness. mine was badly rotted from never being touched for 30 years and ive lost powered brakes, my ac selector no longer works and my power steering locks up whenever i give it around half or more than a half press of my brake peddle, causing me to almost crash every time i have to make a turn without stopping fully. im going mad trying to search for it, every idiot behind a parts counter at every auto parts shop have no clue what im talking about and i can not for the life of me find a part number for a 3 port, i cant find any diagrams with a 3 port, and no one sells anything but a "do it yourself kit" with hose barbs and universal hose i have to cut to length Quote
