iPod integration on stock head unit?

I have a '98 Regal GS. The factory head unit has no visible provisions for an in trunk CD changer, and there isn't one on the car, although there is the wiring for a CD changer in the trunk. Is there a known way to connect an iPod to this unit to the CD changer input and play it through the stock stereo?
