Oil leak

I have a oil leak. When i pull the dipstick out of my 1992 chevy lumina 3.1L V6 while it is running oil bubbles out of the tube. There is a puddle of oil at under the car and dripping from the subframe in the front. I had replaced the front valve cover gasket yesterday one of the bolts threads are stripped. Could that be the problem? I have 10w-30 full synthetic in the car if it matters.

I used normal heater hose to replace the hose going to the pcv

That's unlikely to stand up to petroleum and petroleum fumes for long.

Is the PCV valve still working OK?

Where did you find heater hose that small?
