Deacon Posted November 5, 2014 Report Share Posted November 5, 2014 This weekend I put a new radiator in my 95 GP SE and I noticed that only the left (drivers side) fan was regularly running. The other, right passengers side would never come on. Am I missing something? Is the other fan set to only come on at certain times or when the A/C is running? Inquiring minds want to know. TIA. RobertISaar Posted November 5, 2014 Report Share Posted November 5, 2014 that can be entirely normal depending on coolant temp. fan 1 comes on around 226, fan 2 around 235(going off of memory). if you don't hit the higher temp threshold, you'll never see it come on. a/c usage.... i would have to look again, but i believe there are staggered pressure thresholds for that as well.
