Any help?

Doesn't sound good. I couldn't hear it the best (even with the volume cranked up). But instead of trying to find out what it is, let's start with what it isn't.

We can pretty much assume fuel and air are not the culprits. It's not a constant and steady noise which means we can eliminate most of the valve train. It sounds like metal grinding. What side of the engine is it loudest or happening on?

Huh. That's an odd sound for what the problem was. Did you use blue locktite? If you have a torque wrench, do about 40 ft lbs. All data says 44 ft lbs, but based on bolt size, 40 is right on the edge of pushing it and being safe.

In the dealer manual it states that the flex plate to torque converter should be at 46lbs. All bolts should be as close to this number as possible to achieve a good balance. It could be the loose bolt threw the converter off balance.

that happened to my car, i thought the motor was toast. the dipshyt at the transmission shop did not use lock tight on the bolts when he installed them. two came out and the third got bent in there odd. we had to very carefully re tap the threads. got OEM GM hardware, lock tight and installed them. haven't had an issue in a year. The thing you really need to do is make sure you find all three of the old bolts. I found one loose and one still doing its job. the third cost me a starter a couple days later, i had assumed it fell out. it hadn't
