gpchris had a thread with many pictures in it at one point, but all of the pics are gone now.

 

a T04E-60 is probably a little large for a gen2 considering I calculated a T04E-46 and T04E-50 being a good match for a small port 3100. build-dependent, I guess.

 

LX9 in going in. Want to go bigger than the Chinese GT3076R from the last build. It spooled too quickly (yes that's a problem).

 

 

Couldn't find a F40 swap thread on clubgp (no surprise).

 

I also for the life of me cannot find a getrag for sale.

 

Spent some monies at britishcarconversions. Bought EGR delete and header flanges.

What are you looking for? A 284?

I'd do an F40 from the get go. Yes, it may not be as a direct swap as you want it to be, but long run, it'll be cheaper, better gearing, can actually be rebuilt. If I had to do my 5spd swap all over again, F40.
