(note- some things appear dark.. they are wet, just rinsed all the cobwebs and such out from under there) This is one muffler, little bit of the spare tire well there, etc middle of the car (i believe pass. side) Cat converter Cradle (thats grime, not rust BTW) Pass side front suspension (all parts are original to the best of my knowledge) Looks "ok" to me:) Thoughts? RobertISaar Posted October 8, 2010 Report Share Posted October 8, 2010 man, the underside of the GP is death incarnate.... i may have pics soon, if i decide it's worth the risk to destroy fuel lines to repair a gas tank leak. the MC was..... well, it had VERY nice sections, but the occasional rot patch.... it was confusing. But They are both damn clean. And both have been northern cars their whole lives. Most any rust I have can be remedied by southern junkyards. Now my old TGP.... what a rust bucket. It's not as awesome as I remembered because I forgot the fuel tank and suspension parts have some surface rust, probably from when I kept the car in a shed w/dirt floor, but the unibody itself is completely rust-free. I have a few pics with the fuel tank out too, no rust above the fuel tank at all. Somebody's gotta want this thing!
