  1. I’m excited to see it run and hear all about it!
  2. Been a hot minute since I was active, hope everyone is well!

  3. I’d definitely come to a southern meet as I am in South West Missouri. If the dates May 3-5 were to be set in stone, I’d unfortunately be unable to go. Unless by some miracle both races get moved.
  4. Ignore me, . I found Rich’s post in events.
  5. I would love if there was one in the Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Texas area. It’d be so much closer, if anyone knows of one, please notify me.
  6. Damn! I won’t be able to make either one of those. They’re race days.
  7. I’m also in for a southern meet instead. I believe the Ohio or Pennsylvania meet is12-14 hours from me personally.
  8. It’s okay! I mess up stuff all the time! It’s not a big deal at all .
  9. Definitely way different than mine. Way too small. I will be having one reupholstered soon to match.
  10. I honestly think she’s holding up very well. She hasn’t disappointed me yet, then again, I’ve never beat the living mother out of it.
  11. Merry Christmas from the Lumina and I!

  12. They're clicking and worn out since they do have 290k miles on them. If they were just leaking I'd have them rebuilt, I'd go ahead and put your own into your car!
  13. ManicMechanic does it again! 14. Lol, me too! And thank you, it’s been wonderful so far.
  15. I love Springfield simply because of the shops, Route 66, and bass pro!
  16. I’m in the Springfield area, an hourish west. (Most don’t know where the Joplin area is)
  17. That’s awesome! I think you’re the first one from Missouri I’ve come into contact with!
  18. Actually my second! I had a ‘92 Park Avenue. And thank you very much.
  19. Haha there’s a new project for me! I have the “extra” gene anyway. And thank you! It does matter! Don’t disregard your ideas! I wish I could’ve found a black boot with white stitching.
  20. Don’t feel bad... I was tempted myself multiple times. What can I say, maybe I’m tacky too. If you want to spice things up, get corona apple and put it in some AppleCran juice.
  21. Okay thank you, I didn’t know if I posted this in the correct place.
  22. Yes, the original boot had more holes than I’d like to mention, the stitching also was completely gone and just didn’t look right. I took the “let’s find the stock option first.” Well, that ended up getting me nowhere, since I can’t find a manual Z34 in a yard with a shift boot since they’re all automatics. I do like the color change however, since she’s white on the outside and I wanted to bring some of that to the interior. I honestly like it more than I thought I would. I have an upholsterer that is close, however, it would’ve been an 8 week wait, and a good chunk of change since it was molded to a plastic square type snap ring that snaps into the center console. I mean, I’m not opposed to it, maybe one day I’ll have a boot made with flames to match! I just hope it looks alright, since it’s perfectly functional and doesn’t cause any issues with anything beneath or above.
  23. It’s the stock 5Spd 284, forgot to make that clear! And thank you for the tip on that. I dig through both of my shop manuals and neither defined either way of a potential spline difference! I also found them pretty cheap on RockAuto no core charge but that’ll save me some money up front. I won’t have to fork over $210.00. Again, thank you Bake!
  24. Thank you Rich, they’re actually a shifting silver! And that made me LOL! I guess being a whipersnapper has its perks.
