Imp558 Posted April 14, 2018 Report Share Posted April 14, 2018 That DIC and console has to fit. It's hard to believe GM would design two different consoles of each style to accommodate the shifter. A couple of guys have done the 5 spd swap, one of them would know. There's always someone looking for the 5 spd parts from your parts car too. ss427 Posted April 16, 2018 Report Share Posted April 16, 2018 From what I recall the console plate is universal, with a different insert for auto or manual.
