1989 Grand Prix Digital Guage Problems

I have a 89 gp se with digital Guage back ground light comes on but i can see my fuel odometer nor can i see my speedometer. Any answers on why?

Hard to read your grammar, but it sounds like a couple of you have a backlight bulb or two burned out. Probably worth it to change them all while you're at it.

I've never had one to play with, but it might be the same issue as what the 84-89ish Corvettes have: the LCD polarizer has failed. if you have a set of polarized sunglasses to use/borrow, try putting them near the gauge while in operation and rotate the lenses, see if suddenly you can start reading the digits out of it. if so, you'll need new polarizing film at a minimum.

Sorry , i didnt use any commas. I have a 1989 Grand Prix Se With The Digtal Instrument panel. The dash lights up but i cant read out my fuel guage odometer nor the speedometer.7cf3638abfac7f36e3c3bf60c6032952.jpg
