    Auto at the track

Well, I took the auto to the track today, my first run I beat a new Cad. Catera which ran a 16.332 @ 84.84:
    R/T 1.153
60' 2.303 (Not bad for spinning all through first)
    1/8 10.069
    MPH 70.94
    1K 13.083
    1/4 15.717 @ 82.93
I was fighting the mis-fire like I thought I would be. I was so damn pumped to be there I didn't care about the light OR my launch RPM, I just went.

Run 2 was a Black Honda Civic, wing, exhaust, ext. mods looked FAST, ran a 17.062 @ 82.57
R/T .796 Now that's better (but still HOrrid)
    1/4= 15.841 @ 85.29
I got good traction this time and launched about 2K every run. FUCKING MISFIRE!!!!

    Run 3 was a Black Z28 (91 or so) beat him w/ a 15.757 @ 84.88 vs. his 16.072 @ 89 Guess what??? Misfire.

Run 4 was a red GTA that couldn't even keep it running in the stageing lanes. I beat him w/ a 16.129 @ 87.75 Well, Hello MPH. I was in the right lane on this one, and got hella pissed w/ the misfire this time, I lifted COMPLETELY TWICE!!! Then dropped the hammer, it was missing pretty bad during this run. He ran a 17.825 @ 76

Everyone else continued to get a 5th trial in, but I decided to wait until elims. to let her cool down. (Thought temps might be playing a role w/ the misfire. 1st round of elims. I got beat by this shitty ass beater like 72 Chevy truck w/ a wood bed. (This was handicap, that's why I lost.) I dialed in @ 15.60 becuase ambient temp dropped about 15 degress and the car had been sitting for over an hour. I thought it would be no problem hitting that. I got the damn right lane (SHIT)
    R/T .860
    60' 2.278
    1/8 10.046
    1/4 15.713 @ 85.58

One thing I didn't think about was the lower temps. helped build boost better, the misfires were the worst all night, but I still pulled off my fastest time, but since I change my dial in from the 15.70 that I had already written in, I lost. He ran a 16.3 @ 81.1 beat me by .0945 twas a close one. I went in realistically expecting a 15.5 or .6 so, I'm not dissapointed, I had WAY TOO MUCH FUN!!! Even though I was alone, I saw a guy I bowl w/ and hung out w/ him. It was so awesome, now the jitters are over and I can practice after I get the bugs worked out. Matt, I'll be sending you some slips soon.

If you want me to help you get yours running like mine let me know. You're not too far away, and we all know you want to see 14's without doing much... The misfires shouldn't be that hard to resolve...but maybe I'm wrong.

He has two TGP's(one 5spd swapped and one auto) ..Jay, feel free to send the slips whenever you get a chance to, in the meantime, do you want me to go ahead and add your best out of those times or just wait until you get her running right and crank out a good low 15 sec pass or better. 8)

YEah go ahead and put me on the list, because I CAN'T let a 5 speed car be at the bottom. I will sacrifice my integrity and my manhood to keep a 5 speed OFF the bottom of the list. It should be very shortly anyhow that I get moved up. Hopefully Luke will get to the track before then.

Well, if I push it WITH Sunshine, then It'll probably be faster than Aaron's car.
