    3800 5 speed?

I've been kicking this idea around for awhile now.
Dropping a L67 into my 1992 GP. I know it can be done but my question is will it bolt up to the 284?
Will the 284 handle it? I'm going to keep the stock supercharger on but I'll do all the minor bolt ons
    Any one seen one done?

Why not though? I think it would be kind of cool just concerns me no one has done it yet. Is there something I'm missing

I know the 3800 swap is common, what makes the 5 speed weird? Like I said I've never seen it done.
I think I saw a 98 5 speed swapped but that is about it

It can be done. But to be honest your car looks great as is. And keeping it stock will be more fun in the long run. 284 cars are getting harder and harder to find

    ^^This.

Just getting a first gen into 100% perfect running order is damn near impossible.

3800 + 284 = fun times.. Just don't break it, cause replacements are scarce.

Biggest pain in the ass is the oil filter adapter to not hit the pass side axle

Just need to find one from a Buick Reatta, grind off the top part where the pressure sender screws in and weld the hole shut. Also need the aluminum oil pan and mounting setup from an 05+ GP. ZZP has a spacer that sets the OFA out 1/8in or so that I had to use for clearance with the oil pan.

Biggest pain in the ass is finding swap parts..

Here's one there's more. But in a 97-03 Grand Prix. Frist gen would be a little easier clutch pedal would fit right in and other stuff.
