I think I've listed this before, but it's coming down to the wire so I'm putting the word out again.

My dad is looking to sell his 2005 Acura TL. 59k miles, he's owned it since 25k miles. Meticulously maintained, all fluids/filters/maintenance has been taken care of on time or before. Brand new rear pads and rotors with less than 500 miles on them. Comes with two sets of wheels, 245/45R17 summer wheels/tires and 215/60R16 winter steelies with general altimax arctic tires. Winter tires only have 3 seasons on them and are in perfect shape.

He runs synthetic oil in it, and I changed the trans fluid at ~45k miles. Runs/drives/shifts amazing.

Now the bad part, it has a salvage title. My previous employer bought it from Copart insurance auctions and I basically rebuilt the car myself. I know exactly what damage was done and what was fixed on it. Nothing was major, the unibody didn't sustain any damage. The only parts that got hurt were bolt-on items that were replaced. However, the price reflects the title situation.

My dad currently has a new 2013 Hyundai Accent on order and it should be here in about a month. The dealer has offered him a paltry $6500 on trade for the car. If no one picks it up he's just going to kick the bucket and take the offer.

I'm starting it at $9500 or best, and he IS willing to take offers. You will not find another TL in this shape with these miles for anywhere near the price. Cars with double the miles or more are still going for $10k-$14k.

PM with questions or to come take a look if you're in the area. The car can be viewed any evening after 7 and any time on the weekends.
