correct me if i'm wrong, but this looks like the most base regal coupe ever with the exception of the 3800. is that a limited or custom badge on the quarter?

Only way it could get more base is with hubcaps and a 3100.Jay

no W-body regal ever came with a manual trans from the factory IIRC. definitely not in 94-up.
