Does anyone know what I'm talking about (the one with the wood strip at the bottom, says Chevrolet across it)? I thought they only came on 90's but just came across a 92 with one. However, I guess the chrome eggcrate grille WAS only on 90's.

the cars are 20 years old now, who's to say the column has not been replaced at some point? but yes that wheel and the egg crate grille was 90' only.

My grandfather had a base 90 Lumi sold it, then bought a base 95, which my brother got after he (grandfather) died. 95's were oddballs too, I remember that's the only year where the HVAC unit had the fan speed in the middle and the temp control on the right, 96-on they switched places, which is also when they got the dual zone temp option. 95 MC's were the same way too.

Yeah '95's had a few oddities that made them different than the later years.
