Tearing into the Regals trans

I am tired of not having working torque converter lock up in the Regal (4T65E with HD diff)... So I need to replace the only thing I can think of thats left that would cause my issue... I am replacing the valve body... However, I havent ever done a job like this before and Im wondering if theres other things I will need when I get that deep into the side pan, right now I have the valve body gasket in a rockauto shopping cart and I will be picking up a couple quarts of Dex 6 later on as this gets closer... Anyone whos ever torn into one of these, any advice would be appreciated
