    car sits unlevel

Just went to the garage to measure each corner where the tires are from the ground to the start of the fender

    passenger front was 28 inches
passenger rear was 28 1/2 inches
    driver rear was 28 inches
driver front was little bit less than 27 and 1/2 inches

I wonder if this is causing my constant vibration problem.

Proper vehicle ride height is actually measured from the rocker panels to the ground. Measure the front from just behind the front wheels (not via the ground effects kit but the rocker panel itself), and the rear is just in front of the rear wheels. See if those locations give you a slightly different measurement in regards to left vs right.
As for the vibration, a difference of 1/2" from one side to another is not a considerably abnormal amount, a vibration while in motion is usually caused by something in one of the rotating masses.

What do you mean i measured from where the red x's are on all 4 corners?

you would only want to compare fronts to fronts, and rear to rear. I doubt many 10+ year old cars are going to be perfectly even. Tire pressure, worn shocks and springs, bad body work etc could all affect this. Also consider that the weight of the car is not perfectly distributed to each wheel.

yeah mine leans a a tad to the drivers side, but it doesn't affect anything

with a driver sitting there for a few years it's bound to wear that spring a bit more. mine leans that way too.
