New (good used) supercharger or just buy a pulley?

My plan for the Regal is to demod it a little bit... I would like to get rid of the Paceshitters and use stock Manifolds with a ubend delete still, get a CAI and go with a 3.8 pulley instead of the 3.4... I was thinking about getting a drop in supercharger off a guy on clubgp whos upgrading to a ported one (140 shipped, 75k on it)... Or my other option is just buy a new 3.8 pulley and find someone with a pulley puller and swap the pulleys... If I bought the blower, I would keep the newer SC thats on the Regal set aside for the GTP down the road when it gets fixed as I wanna do a bit more to it and the pulley would be nice... The SC on the GTP is "half ported" as words from the previous owner, apparently his dremel broke and he just threw everything back together, so I feel doing this would be killing two birds with one stone (getting rid of the previous owners hack job), however, just wanted to run it by you guys

Why spend money if you don't have to?

Swap blowers with the GTP and the GS, so someone tried porting it a bit. As long as there are no ill effects I'd run it all day long if its a good working blower. You'll be out like $30 in gaskets vs $140 + $20 in gaskets

Alternatively I might have a spare 3.8 pulley sitting around if you want that. the GS's original 3.8 pulley now lives on my Bonneville's blower
