That is for a car that would of had a coloumn shifter. It would say PRND12. Since you have a floor shifter that space has been left empty.

Hi, If you are pointing to that long rectangular blank space, it is a black-out plate used only in the floor shift models.
column shift models use this area for the trans gear indicator IE: P.N.D.3.2.1

I have that panel from column shift car and I thought about switching it in and making it functional. I wanted to swap in a digital cluster before I mess around with my analog one.
