this IS a General Motors product and the general rule is that nothing should make actual sense.

I have a big soft spot for LQ1 powered cars, and GS Regals big time!

I go for the variety pack. LHO, LQ1 and L67 flavors.

I dont think I could settle for a 3100 powered W-body, I'm always looking to make sure whatever model has the optional 3800 or L67, whichever the car may be. Was searching Kijiji Canada yesterday and came across a 1992 Grand Prix 4 door 3.4 with the front lightbar....totally SICK and $1400.00

Not bad. I like the 3.1 I got. Get's pretty cool fuel economy. Especially for a daily driver.

I like the 3.1L engine....not the 3100....I myself have bought dirt cheap cars to ruin in fields that have that motor and they end the fun quick. One of the most durable ones we've ruined has an early 90's Cavalier 2.2 OHV I4! It was a tough little SOB.
