Alright, here's what I'm thinking we'll need people to bring (and I'll update the original post once we make sure we're not forgetting anything)

    -Burgers/hot dogs
    -buns for both
    -drinks (water, pop, etc)
    -cooler and ice for /\
    -chips (and dip?)
-other sides (potato salad, baked beans, etc?)
    -desert
    -paper/plastic plates and silverware

anything else you guys can think of?

If you want to pick one, let me know either here or PM and I'll update things on the first post.

I'm going to have to call too and see if I can reserve a spot. When I started arranging this there were no events that day, now there are some, but it's a plenty big enough park that it shouldn't be a problem either way

Well, I doubt you'll need a cooler. I mean, it'll just be outside....

Actually, I may have a cooler in the garage from my old roommate. We can fill it with snow before we leave!

If the weather is cold/crappy, not sure how much people will want to hang out outside. I could see this all rolling into a meet up for some pictures and bullshitting, then off to the local sports bar for football games, beer, and food.

That was my only concern, that it may be too cold to be outside.

Quit being babies, I highly doubt its going to be too cold to be outside (unless we get our first blizzard of the season). Its only November, not January.

smart man....I am hoping that it just stays warm enough to hit the drag strip for a test-n-tune before it closes for the year...

Alright, so what time are we all meeting up? Do we have a location in mind to go to at Kensington?

If it is raining/extremely cold, what is our alternative plans?

Let me see what's near there, but we could always hit up a buffalo wild wings, or something of that nature and hang out. I'm working 12s all weekend but I'll check Monday. Anyone else have any suggestions? Maybe even a local park that doesn't cost for parking/admission? We could steal a pavillion and play in the wooden castle

No need to move from Kensington unless it rains IMHO.

I don't plan on it, I just meant as a backup. If it is supposed to rain, or looks very likely, theres no sense in everyone paying to get in either. We'll play it by ear, but so far (I know it's a week away) it doesn't look like rain
