I've been meaning to post about this since the end of last week, but kept getting side tracked by miscellaneous stuff. I'd like to go sooner than the 25th. Maybe September 17? And I'm thinking we'll make it a Herrick Lake one, by which time I'll pull some info together so we can discuss a Dave & Busters meet while we're there.

EDIT: Set date is the 24th of September.

Herrick Lake Meet Checklist (everyone MUST bring something to contribute to the meet)

    Hamburgers: tunerlover3
    Hambuerger buns: tunerlover3
    Hot dogs: BrianG
    Hot dog buns: BrianG
    Soda: Cully77
    Water: xtremerevolution
    Cookies: GT40Chick
    Chips: rich17
    Ketchup & Mustard: Rob
    Plastic/paper cups: Euro
    Plastic/paper plates: Euro
    Ice: RareGMFan
    Coolers: RareGMFan
    Grill: RareGMFan

To answer the FAQs of what to bring for each category, I will provide a brief suggestions list for what's popular. If you want to bring something else that's not on the list, then by all means you may do so, but we should at least make sure the most popular essentials are covered.

Hot dogs - Any kind of beef franks or "Jew dogs" will do. The less left over pig parts they're made out of, the better.
Hot dog buns - No real preferences here, but Jewel has 8-pks on sale for $ .99 till the 14th!
Soft drinks - Coke/Pepsi, Mountain Dew and 7-Up/Sprite. Diet sodas tend to sit around, so let's try to keep these to a minimum. Coke/Sprite: 2-24pk=$12 @ Jewel till the 14th
Water - Any kind will do, and usually we don't need anything more than a 12-pk. Ice Mountain 24-pk $4 @ Jewel till the 14th.
Chips - Doritos (BOGO @ Jewel till the 14th) and any kind of bar-b-que (Frito Lay Baked/Sun chips 2/$6 @ Jewel till the 14th). Anything beyond those are your call.
Cookies - Oreos and chocolate chip are really the only staples. Anything beyond those are your call. Can also bring brownies and such.

Hmm. The 17th may be tough, I doubt Brian and Rich will be able to make it. And I'm stuck working Saturdays until we get someone else hired

That's fine, I was just throwing the 17th out there. Didn't want it to start getting on the chilly side by the time we pick a date. Are you out of work by 1 every Saturday? If so, I don't think that would be too bad considering most people don't get there till the 12:30 - 1:30 range anyway. I don't care either way on Saturday or Sunday. Whatever eliminates the least amount of people.

It'll either be 1 or 2. So it's not that big of a deal, and at least I'm pretty close

There are 1 1995 GRAND PRIX 2 DR vehicles (0.002%) matching your exact options list. There are 4 (0.007%) with at least as many options.

We can do it on the 24th. Saturdays seem to work better for most.
