    well as soon as funds come up I will be doing these. Im thinking around March or April.. only issue Ive had with mine is that the turbo's wastegate is generally too small as they flow too much.. lol both on the Gt3071R and the T-25

    I was discusing mold techniques with my friends father he seems to think that we can use either a concrete mold or vacuum seal it.. Now what about urathane?? Where do you even get it?? My guess is that I would have to manufacture I high powered pressure pump maybe using a sump pump for a sink or something to pump it into a mold.. It would be very costly but hey Im not in it for the money if I can make replica valences than maybe I can make every other part so than nobody has to worry about breaking body parts and not being able to get them

    my car still aint done so no money to invest in this yet. Im still researching though.. trying to figure out how to either making or buy a machine to make molds using urethane like factory. problem is the pressurized pipes and screw mechanism to compress and heat the urethane.

    I'd definately rock a CF valence and louvers. You could even sell the louvers to the jeep community... I see people on the forums there all the time looking for and installing w-body louvers on their wranglers and cherokees.
