94 cutlass supreme power windows not working

Hi im hoping i get some info here on my power window problem.

ok everything was working fine, then after i changed my drive belt, a fuse was blown that caused my gauges to not work as well as my windows(including sunroof) so i changed that out, the gauges work now, then my windows worked then the next morning they didnt work , and still dont work after that. I test the 30amp circuit breaker fuse that controls the windows, and that fuse is good. So im stumped on what could be the problem. there is NO power getting to both windows as well as my sunroof.

Can someone help me out as to what to do to solve this problem

Put a new circuit breaker in it. They can test good and still be bad.

yes the gauges work after i changed a 40amp fuse, i also tried to changed the 30 amp circuit breaker and power windows still not working. Not sure what else to try
