Are you talking here? Or in general? Fastest N/A 90* ever I think is 12.6ish. I can't remember the details of that car though, was a long time ago.

I couldn't tell ya either on this site haha

mmm.... i seem to remember someone on FTV6 with a track only camaro with a N/A L36 getting high 12s....

N/A 60V6? first person i think of is superdave and his Z24, that threw down a flat 13 with traction issues with a cammed/headered/port worked 3500... he's now going RWD in a 3rd gen camaro, so i expect times to be a bit better.

EDIT: yeah, neither are W's, but fast W + N/A just doesn't happen that often.

I can't even imagine putting a W- or any other "body" N/A GM 60º, or 90º V6 car into the 12's.. Thats just nuts.. The level of dedication would be off the charts.

Hmm.. a sub 13 second Century on WW tires... The ultimate sleeper!
wait wait.. fantasy over. My 16 second car gets me to work fast enough for my liking.

Oops, yeah I meant to say I think the fastest W-body N/A L36 was the 12.6 something or another. I know it takes some crazy money that's for sure(3800 wise)

making any GM FWD car "fast" while still being N/A is not cheap(compared to where you can get with a similar amount of money into a boosted motor). and of course the heavier they start with, the more expensive it gets.

    generally speaking of course.

Yeah. With the amount of money it takes a 90* W-body N/A it comes out to(if not more than) a good turbo build. Craziness IMO.

It does seem like it's cheaper for a 60* car to, however. Am I right?

well, if you use the turbo logs from a TGP, you cut a LOT of cost and time out of boosting any 3100/3400/3500 instantly, even if they're restrictive as hell.

since no FWD 3800 car came from the factory with a turbo, it is quite a cost disadvantage from that alone.

unless someone starts making $200 3800 turbo headers too

Yeah that's a disadvantage for us between the 2. Complete hotside piping from ZZP is a good $450-500 for the Z3 piping. The Z7 piping is over $600.

i can't think of that many heavily modded N/A LQ1s actually....

we can always pull out the ever-awesome "212.... that's not right" vid.

so the fastest is a 90* that ran a 12.6? what year car was it?

LQ1's are included, I have only heard of a hand full on 60*v6 running low 14's N/A

dose any one know of a pushrod 60* in the 14's N/A atleast? in a w-body...

    I hope that my 15.6 is not the fastest 660 push rod...(in a W)

I am still undecided for what to do to my car, thinking shooting for the 14's on a stock long block and just doing some intake work, 65mm TB, full 2.5 exhaust, 3500 G6 manifolds, and a tune...

or just install the cam, ported heads/intakes, TB, headers, exhaust and tune... then fight for traction!

also going to start pricing out a trans rebuild for my 3spd that has a 3.18 FDR, the 2.84 FDR is killing my 1/8 mile times!

looking for mid 14's this year if I stay with the 3400.

it's just not cost effective to try and go fast without boost with our relatively displacement limited motors...

and if you're looking for maximum N/A times? go for a 4T60/4T60E with a 3.73 FDR.
