I am pretty happy I've been working on breaking the 14sec barrier since last year. Now I have all fall and winter to maybe get around to actual upgrades instead of weight reduction.

Hey guys July 1 was my first Midnight Mayhem for 2011 I got there later than what I wanted I only made three runs. put up against two trucks and a GTO. My quarter mile times sucked due to humidity over boost and engine temp the day just was bad from the start. First I only had three hours of sleep, then and went to see transformers 3 (well the movie was good). Plus my one bud text me he didn't want to go so no vids. Then I got out there and my engine was at 220* from idling when I should have shut it down to rest while signing in. My first run 14.8 against a S-10 with a small block. then I bumped into one of the guys from club GP, which was cool. My Second run was against a chevy 1500 still no challange my run was 14.7, after the flag girl contest I made my last run against a 6.0 liter GTO. At this point in first gear the car would overboost and cut fuel and I had unplugged my waste gate, So I figured I would go easy in first then hammer down. Well I still over boosted a little then once I was in Second laid into it. The GTO only caught up to me after my win light came up. Poor kid didn't have a chance and I only ran a 14.5 on the final run. I wonder what his hot girl friend thought about him getting his butt kicked by a beat up old bucket of bolts.
