every tubular control arm ive ever seen is welded at the ball joint mount. That might be something to consider in your "design" process.

Also something you should consider is making your signature the proper size

Indeed. See this design from BMR. I believe i posted this a page or so back I think. This will not only result in a nicer look, but also simplify and speed up the design and fabrication of tthe arms.
