FS: Rebuilt Turbo Grand Prix x-overs $300 with core return - now with pics

Hi everyone. Ended up purchased the x-over rebuilding jig from Kenny Kouba.

$350 USD shipped anywhere in North America without core return.

$300 USD shipped anywhere in North America with core return. (Effectively a $50 core charge - I'd prefer to receive your rebuildable core rather than charge the $50)

I have one rebuilt x-over ready to ship. In the process of sourcing good quality bellows, and will update this thread when I am all set up and ready to go.

I have had lots of seamless transactions with members on this board and tgpforums.com, so have no worries. All shipments will include a tracking number.

PayPal and money orders are my prefered methods of payment.

Any questions, concerns or comments please feel free to PM me or email me at mshantz83@hotmail.com

    Matt

Edit: Here's a couple of pics of what the x-over will look like when completed.

(This is the x-over I received from Kenny which is the only one available for sale immediately until I find a source more bellows)

The original crossovers have a bellow style flex joint that cracks and leaks, all rebuilt ones come with a woven style flex joint that is the industry standard nowadays.

Also, the original is encased with a molded steel heatshield that trapped moisture against the crossover, accelerating corrosion.

Once rebuilt, the heat shield is no longer utilized, with no ill effects.

So wait your telling me you don't reuse the heat shield? So the heat shield does really nothing?

Do the NA cars have flex bellows or is that a turbo only thing?

No heatshield, thats how every rebuilt TGP crossover is.

N/A 3.1 xovers do not have bellows AFAIK
