    Modded stock trailing arms

Well there seems to be at least a slight bit of intrest in them so if your intrested i can make a few sets slightly cheaper. I'd like $20 if you send me a set in fair condtion, or $35 if i have to get a set at the J/Y. If i can get 5 people that want them ill do $30 if i get them.

heres a few pics, feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking.

Do they help out handling that much?

If they do I would want some.

    Re: Modded stock trailing arms

I have the GMPP ones....I never noticed anything....but I do feel MUCH safer having beefed up parts there and not the wafer thin stock ones.

I could take my stock ones and twist them by hand in a torsion motion......ridiculous

    EDIT:
Boxing them like this is a GREAT idea and will help a lot

    Tubular is still much stronger.

However, for the price, this is a GREAT alternative.

    Re: Modded stock trailing arms

are they boxed? or it that a piece of square tube welded in?

If it is just a metal skin added, agree with slick. a piece of round tube that snugs inside the trailing arm may be better and could still be welded in.

    Re: Modded stock trailing arms

There boxed in, and i thought about cutting the old press bent stuff out and putting in a piece of square tubing but that adds alot more work. it is an alternative that i could try but trying to keep cost down while still being much stronger than stock i believe these are a good compromise. now if i was able to source poly bushings id probably use square tubing or just start from scratch. Anyone who is really intrested please add yourself to this list.
