That does look like a very easy way to fix it. The DOHC engine compartment is so tight. I'm having trouble getting the hose to get that bend and it kinks.

I wonder if you could run it behind the coolant bottle...
I got a formed radiator hose and cut it to size and a connector and some hose clamps. It's all together and it doesn't leak so I'm happy. No more metal means no more rust. I should be done fixing this car now. Now to wait for some nice days. I heard there is a chance of snow this week.

i'm casting a vote for white wheels
I set the money aside to get them powder coated since that will hold up the best, but I still don't know what color I want.

When I put the strut brace in my cutlass I had to remove the reel light. Always missed it
If you get a wire brush on the end of a drill and take that to your plenum i believe you will like the resultsMaybe a Dremel or rotary sander as i burned my drill up doing mine. Shit drill to begin with though. Thinking about doing the same with my rims and getting some new clear coat on them would do wonders. White spokes with a red lip + repainted Olds logo would look good.

To do:
remove bump strip
Otherwise looks great! Although I prefer white top/graphite interior, but you know that![]()
