awesome story! Thats also part of the reason why I bought an N/A powered Regal. Yea, every once in a while, i see a really nice GS go by, hear the whine an wish that mine did that too, but then, i realize that mine is filling a need for me as a comfortable, Reliable, fuel efficient DD. I really don't see the need to start modding a DD, that's what a fun car is for. Plus, a stock L36 car is still decently quick for what it is.

Fantastic story. I wish a GTP w/punks would pull up next to me in the SS. I'd love to see how hard i could pull on one.
It must have been writen on this site before, but on my GTP, my blower bypass valve got sticky and ran bad. I un-pluged it so the bypass stays shut all the time. Great mid-range improvement, and a riot in traffic. After two years (it now has 167k) no ill effects and idles fine.
L67's do have their own personalities. My Riviera pulls much harder than the GTP. The Riv is only slightly lighter, and it's final is 3.00:1.
Can't imagine the colors on a bath house while stumbling by drunk looking for trannies.![]()
