    Hopefully this doesnt happen everyday

well new stage 3 clutch + 2nd gear pull =

... well i think it was caused by the reinstall (didnt drop the passenger side, and it broke because engine was on an angle for a bit and might have weakened it but damn it snaped pretty good

luckily i have a few spares of each, but hopefully that doesnt happen again

no no dyno, shifing from first to second then hitting about 3500 rpms and punching it, ya it snapped pretty good

Is anything actually broken? Kinda looks like it just pulled apart.

Yeah...looks like it got hyper-extended and did not seat back in. You didn't feel anything weird before that happened...like hard pulling to one side or it being notchy when you turned?

GP front shafts are some of the strongest half shafts on the market. I know of a slightly shortened set in a 750HP 800ft/lb Kharman Ghia. Not a hint of bending or snapping since they have been in the car for 3 seasons of 1/4 mile racing. He runs 8 sec and his best 60' was a 1.4 if I remember right.

x3 I don't really see anything that's broken, but if you've got spares you might as well use them because now the grease is contaminated and shit.

I don't think he could have reused that one anyway, the bearings are MIA!
