    would this amp work with...

Just wondering if this amp would work with my infinity 5 1/4 and 6x9. it is 50x4 watts rms but does the 1200w peak power matter at all for my speakers? my 3 way 6x9 can handle 110 rms (330 peak) and i belive that the 5 1/4 can handle 70 rms (110 peak)

Go with the RMS numbers. They are the most reliable and the ones you should use when building a system.

Fosgate Punches are good amps. I have one in my Regal powering a set of 6 1/2" Boston Acoustics separates (in the doors.) The sucker's 10 years old and I've never had any problems with it, like, ever...

Those amps tend to be a little underrated as well. But I wouldnt worry about it. It should work fine.
