Every once in a while (I mean maybe once a month) my SES light will come on when I am driving slow (~30 mph) after driving for a little while. I finally grabbed a code for it today and it gave me 45, which is the O2 sensor - rich exhaust.

Since this rarely comes on, is it anything to worry about? And what is the first thing to try, maybe replace the O2 sensor? Thanks for the help.
