driving over to the local carwash the other night after getting my Z34 a kid with a 1994 V6 camaro asks to race i reply no, not really wanting to race he tells his group of friends that im scared to race, well that pissed me off so i asked where to meet. I pull up to the line and his friend flags the race, little did i know that it wasnt even a challege, my bone stock Z34 destroyed his camaro with flowmasters, i cant wait to go out and take down some ricers though

Yeah those 3.4's are pretty slow, rated at 160HP while your Z34 is at 200HP. 8) Nice job though...I love that when W's take out V6 F-Bodies.

yeah i knew he a 3.4 but i wish i would have raced for money, having this car less than a week at the point and still haveing temp tags i figured a v6 camaro is gonna be kinda quick but i was quick to learn that it aint got shit

The very first car I raced with my Grand Prix 3.4L DOHC 5 speed was a 3.4L Camaro (auto). It wasn't even a contest.............we were messing around on I-5 in California (I used to be in the Marines), and going from a 60-70mph roll, I'd just pull right away...........we went about 3-4 times.........apparently he didn't get the hint the first few times :D

Yup, the 3.4 Camaro's were all dogs.

Watch out for the newwer 3.8's though. 200 hp and 225 ft-lbs stock, with a few easy intake mods, an M5 3.8 is good for mid-high 14's.

This "M5" had better have more than a "few easy intake mods" to me pushing mid-14's!

High 14's are possible (with a few mods)...............the auto trannied ones will go 15.5-15.7 or so bone stock, and the manuals are a few clicks quicker.
