3.4L Thermostat setting

Anyone have any ideas on the best thermostat temperature setting for the 3.4L? 195(stock)? 180?? 160???

i liked my 180 u still get heat in the winter and with the ffp chip it never got above 183 degrees

that soly depends on the condition of your motor..
if yoru car has never seen anything other then 195* then steping to a 180* would be good..

if you already have a 180* then steping to a 160* would be good.. due to a leaky thermistate im at the 160* mark. but the motor is loveing it.
